A stupid little phrase that most immature people try to get you to say 5 (or any number really) times fast. At the end it is masterbate, the person who made you say it giggles like an idiot thinking they're witty. It's the perfect excuse to slap that person.

Person 1- Say math debate 5 times fast!
Person 2- Ha ha ha ha ha no...
