The term made its debut in the Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception beta when a gamer named Wombat909 jumped about four times the normal distance between moving trucks.

Guy1: whoah dude that guy must be hacking! he just jumped so far!
Guy2: no, i've heard about those. he just did a wombat jump!
