The word nigga to most races now days is used as a term of friendship and recognition, e.g.

(A: yo sup nigga.)(B: not much dawg, just smokin a bowl)

I beleive that the race that uses this does not matter as long as it is to be used in a non-racial way.

A: Yo sup nigga
B: not much dawg, smokin a bowl
A: thas tight
B: damn nigga did you see that car down the road?
A: yeh that hoe was phat dude
B: yuhhhhhh!

For all those other posters out there who are posting crap about the blackman always beating on the whiteman, it really is stupid, you're making a giant dramazitation over the factual issue, I have many friends that are black and I be talking to them just the way I talk to anyone else, nobody is offended, I've talked like this up in the East, and I still talk like I do down in the South, so it doesn't always come down to 'oh the black man is going to kill whitey', so please stop with your gay remarks and comments on an over dramatized issue, some people may find it offensive, but some people may not, and if a dude who is black does come up and say something about it to you, just be like "look dude, I dont mean no offense but this is just how me and my homies chill together and talk or w/e, so out of respect ill not use the word around you if you like, but just know that I do not use the term in a racial form"

you will be suprised how many of these "black men" that you say are all so violent or w/e are just like anyone else, stop being biggets, seriously (and no im not black im white)
