Murphy Lift

A lifting routine coined by Henry Muprhy which involves taking two free weights, one in each hand, getting in a ready position and then proceeding to thrust your hips forward while you rotate your arms out from the elbows. Very difficult to master the proper form.

You can tell that guy is never in the weight room, look at that awful Murphy Lift form!
