A grown ass man pedaling to work on a little BMX bike with his knees all in the handle bars, not going very fast and looking terrible is cholo pedaling

The process in which a building becomes decrepit and shitty. Can also be used for cars and structures.

That house at the end of the street from the 60's is decreepin.
