One who rides a Harley Davidson motorcycle and makes a lot of noise doing so. Not the old definition: someone who is homosexual.

If he is a homosexual but does not ride a Harley he is not a fag.
If he is young and is thinking of riding a Harley he is bi-curious.
That fag over there is making a lot of noise.
