Buttered cup or a hot buttered cup or a buttered biscuit refers to a woman who has had sex in the presence of two men for the benefit of the second man who has trouble getting it up unless he has watched the first man having sex with her first.

He can't do it unless it's with a buttered cup...or a buttered biscuit.
