Passionately Speaking

A "rational explanation" for unexpectedly changing your voice's volume when talking about a topic which you are "passionate" about. It can be mistaken for anger but it is hard to tell the difference

I am NOT angry at you. I am just passionate. I am passionately speaking that you can't tell me what to eat!
