nothing more then a millennial hipster buzzword. made famous in Bad and Boujee by Migos. in its original context it merely described the weather in which migos was driving their drop top in.
since then it has been used in countless other rap songs. However, it does not seem to hold any context other than to describe the rain. it can be thrown anywhere for no reason.
