The act of having a large head and funny looking fingers.

I'm not going to have sex with that kid singing on youtube because he has midgetism.

Midgetist

A person who makes fun of or bully midgets for there own pleasure.

Did you see that midgetist getting himself off, while poking that midget in the face?
