In any game of tag or manhunt, the area which is safe for those attempting to hide and/or evade tagging. One cannot be tagged, beaten, hurt, raped, killed, or otherwised inconvienenced if at least on part of their body is in some way touching "goo."

In a game of tag, "You too are it, and that wall is goo"
