A phrase indicating indifference or lack of interest in something.

1) Person 1: "Hey, man, you been playing any basketball recently?"

Person 2: "Eh, not really. It's on the differential."

2) Jim: "Feeling like going to the pub tonight?"

John: "Meh, I dunno. It's on the differential."
