1. (v.) To screw up epically and have to do solve it all over again
2. (n.) The act of already screwing up and to consequently taking possible measures to not screw up again.
3. (v.) To get a second chance (after an original crap) and take full advantage of it

Etymology:
from the English *Parker, the polar opposite of the *Parker

1. AJ: Can I get a rekrap on that?
2. The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) police didn't take much action after the Oscar Grant incident so they could avoid a rekrap.
3. Damn, dude, that was totally lucky. We definitely got a rekrap.
