a person who solicits customers for a nanny, usually in return for a share of the nanny's earnings; i.e. nanny referral services.

Stressed out wife: I can't find a sitter for tonight. We may have to cancel our plans...
Husband: Well, we can always call a nanny pimp. They can hook us up with a sitter...For a price.
