When someone has more teeth in their mouth than their jaw has length to accommodate. So they become crowded around the front giving the appearance of a bulldog who'd been kicked in the mouth every year on its birthday for 23 years straight.

Oh damn ed, did u see that chics mouth when she laughed??? Yeah D I seen it she had the bocephus teefus disorder. Damn shame.
