B: someone who whines about something that is not tragic nor interesting
C: a "look" that involves pretending to look thoughtful and interesting by putting hair in the face and tilting the head down.

I have messy long hair, listen to rock music with feelings, and complain about my young middle-class life, therefore I am emo.
