wordoid

A word that has been invented to describe a new idea, product or combine for a catchy new word. They should follow phonetic rules and roll off the tongue. A few examples would be automagically (automatically and in a way that seems ingenious, inexplicable, or magical) and godicle (coined by the author, Vishen Lakhiani to mean that humans are particles of God).

Gilfed

When you find out that you're a brand new grandmother. But you or your son (a daughter would know) didn't even know your grandchild even existed. The baby mama either knew it or didn't know, but the fact remains: you got Gilfed.

Brand New Grandma: I just found out my son has a daughter.

Online (& soon to be Offline) Friend: You just got Gilfed.
