Abbreviation for "Stereotypical White People".

Term to describe a white or non-white person who is loud and upfront who goes to parties, clubs, raves and pubs often. Nearly always drunk or high, they are either a chav or an indie kid and have a large group of associates who they call "friends" but really dislike approximately half of them.

Person 1 "Dude. Joe's high again. What a twat."
Person 2 "He's a right SWP."
