ranting

ranting is letting your feelings escape you instead of bottling up.
you can rant by telling others, writing it out, screaming it to yourself, speaking to a therapist and many more options.
when you rant you realise that you feel better even though all those things may still be there you feel like you’ve overcome a step and moved on to the next.

It’s like an obstacle course where you have to get through one challenge to get to the next.
