Bronies are fans of the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. They don't necessarily need to be from LGBT or furries. Some of them prefer to be secret to don't be humiliated. Just because they watched a cool show like any other anime or something.

EXAMPLE 1: Converting a friend to Brony
Brony: Since you're my best friend I need to say something, well I'm a brony.
Friend: LUL UR SO GAY U WATCH A GIRLY SHOW???
Brony: No I'm not. It's a great show and you should watch it before judging.
Friend: LUL IM NEVER GOING TO WATCH THIS SHIT

* 1 hour later *

Friend: Hey, I'm sorry for what I said. The show is AWESOME! My favorite pony is Rainbow Dash!
Brony: Welcome to the herd!

EXAMPLE 2: Parents (Your enemies)
Parents: Hey we should see what our son is doing on his Netflix profile. We hope he isn't watching anything 18+... (click profile)
WHAT? He watches MY LITTLE PONY? ALL THE SEASONS? This is WORSE! WE NEED TO BAN HIM FROM NETFLIX! OH NO!
Brony: forced to accept his ban just because he watched a cool show and people judging him are his parents and if he tries to say them to watch the show he can have more punishments

EXAMPLE 3: Look At Yourself Before Judging Others
Brony: I watch MLP.
Otaku: HUH WTF U WATCH THIS SHIT CARTOON
Brony: What do you watch?
Otaku: Ye I watch Pokemon

Brony: What's the difference? Both are targeted to kids but both are entertaining for young to adult audiences.
Otaku: huh yeah ur right
