Spicy Blem

A 'blem' (cigarette) with added 'spice' (weed).

Normally rolled in a short and with more tobacco than weed, to add just a little bit of 'spice'.

Person 1: I'm rolling a spicy blem, anyone want one?

Person 2: What's that?

Person 1: Tobacco and weed

Person 2: Wow cool
