(of a woman): To sleep with a man (then have breakfast afterward, hence the term) for some material gain, usually some sort of inside or confidential information not publicly known.
Not to be mistaken with prostitution in usual sense. In this case the payment is not monetary and the quid pro quo aspect is not necessarily arranged beforehand though the understanding is that the sex isn't free or spontaneous.
