Something that must be kept secret between two people. Usually the consequences of the secret being released would result in the death or the spoiled reputations of the two people.

- I made sure that Maggie would keep our baby a secretism until we knew what we were going to do.

- Somebody somehow hacked into our instant messenger conversation and revealed our secretisms to the public... POP (gunfire, suicide).

The tongue of somebody who has eaten a large quantity of warheads sour candy. The tongue is usually cut and/or swollen. Eating hot foods with warheads tongue delivers an excruciating pain.
