The designs that are shaved on the side or back of ones short head hair for additional style.

FYI- the letter z can be added to the word, Linez. Also, Design lines or HDLs/DLs mean the same thing too.

When walking behind Frankie, I couldn't help but notice the awesome design lines on the back of his scalp.
