When a sentence you write/type comes out like more of a catchphrase than the pun it was intending to be.

It’s more of an ice cream if it’s in a cone, it’s not a gelato if it’s not in a cup. Catchphrase Intended

A person or people who speak highly about the olympics and the country they go for but have no idea how any of the sports are played.

Look Diana, Australia is winning hockey. *Screams excitedly not knowing the sport at all*

“Diana you’re such an OlympicsBuff. What’s the first rule of hockey?”

*Diana goes silent.* “Australia are still winning though.”

“Just as I thought. Such an OlympicsBuff.”
