An expressively animated and firm way of saying NO! For no means no. Have the courage to say no in life. Don’t say it for the sake of saying no. Say it when you truly want to. Say no to peer pressure too. Life becomes so much happier and empowing when we can say no to the opinions of others, no to unwelcomed advances, no to invitations that you truly don’t want to take part in and so on.
