The Tisya is a chain of people who are literally perfect. Tisyas are usually found in clusters with other creatures, like the Dania, the Tia, the Avana, etc.
It is also to be noted that even though a Tisya is found with the aforementioned creatures, it’s natural habitat is with the Golay.
