This is a really bad insult and it shouldn't be used anywhere. It's calling someone a pickme, ugly, wannabe, attention seeker and a bitch/dog. It's a very harsh thing and if somebody said it to me I would be crying. It's also anyway of the resting people to not come near them or they'll kill you, which is a little way too far. Its also used in some places as calling someone a fake friend who has never benefited they're life.

Khadija Zaira Sajan is a very bitchy person, and is always acting deppresed and like nobody has problems in life just for attention, she is very obbsesed with talking to boys and taking they're side. She doesn't know how to be a good friend and she never will because she feels the need to ditch people whenever they are a good friend.
