A rare animal and youtuber that is between a penguin and a deer. Famous for it's laugh that is said to be able to cure cancer.

Person 1: I found a Blue westlo but I can't get it to laugh. I think i will give up and just die...
Person 2: Nah man, had the same problem until someone told me to give it salted fruits. Works like a charm!
