A condition one is born that causes the penis to grow at an obtuse or right angle. The condition can be treated by having a triangular shaped section cut out of you bent penis at the outter side of the bend.

Guy1: Dude, I have bent penis syndrome, what should I do?

Guy2: Get your doctor to cut a triangular shaped section off the outter side of the bend.
