Dilusity

Diversity for the sake of diversity, given the only type of diversity that matters is the diversity of thought. Combination of Diversity and Dilution.

Person 1: "Affirmative Action!"
Person 2: "Won't that dilute the level of work completed if we hire not based on competency?"
Person 1: "Racist!"
Person 2: "How is calling me racist an arguement? You are pushing Dilusity and I don't know why."
