Itachi marked his whole clan in naruto shipuden which is where this comes from
murdering a large clan, or group related by some sort of connection

guy 1: "dude I heard kyle puled a itachi!"
guy 2: "pulling a Itachi? why would he do that?"
guy 1 :" eh he was probably listening to lil darkie"
