Sarmale is the most important dish in Romanians' cuisine .It consists of minced pork wrapped in boiled cabbage .They are left to cool a little but they're eaten warm.You can eat them with sour cream and polenta and it's usually eaten on Christmas or Easter but you can cook it any time of the year.
I like eating sarmale.It's a really nice dish.
