Rufus

Someone who snitches or "rats" you out to law enforcement at the drop of a hat with no valid reason and absolutely no personal gain from it at all.

Person 1: What happened to Robert, he hasn't been coming to work lately?
Person 2: He got arrested the other night. When they cops showed up at the door Cheryl immediately snitched him out. She is such a "Rufus"
