Children of Slovenia often employed for manual labor to manufacture cheap house-hold white goods and sausages.

Once the sausages are produced they more than likely become the sausages.

Dan: "Where did you get that washing machine.. its making a lot of noise, looks kinda cheap too?"

Jan: "I bought it from K-Mart.. Its made in Slovenia, by the Slovenian Children"

Dan: "What do you expect, they are made by the Slovenian Children, and once they've produced the sausages they climb into the machine and get mashed up into the sausages"
