No flex November

During No Flex November, one is not allowed to flex in any way, both physically and mentally, including muscles, money earned, grades and sexual contact. No Flex November is often completed alongside with No Nut November, and after completing these 2 challenges you will gain mental advantage over your enemies, and physicall strenght out of this world.
