Doin' the hippo

A dance move of Toronto origins practiced mainly by relocated Australians. It is a fad dance that plays on planking and personal jokes. It sets out to disturb the traditional ideals of club dance music where one would usual exert more passion as a song builds and up and breaks down, the hippo is the opposite side of the spectrum where one intends to be as quite, slumped and still as possible at the climactic part of a song.

bang! He just nailed the hippo!" "he just hippo'd the shit out of the dance floor! "HE'S DOIN' THE HIPPO!"

Doin' A Silky

Doin' a Silky is when a housemate disapers in the middle of the night or very early in the morning. Slithering out of the house with silky smooth precision and accute swiftness.

It can also be used in the same term as 'Doin' A Sly One' 'Moonlighting' 'Fritzing' or 'buggerin' off'

An example of Doin' A silky is;-

>yawn< 'huh? were the hell is my house mate?'
>yawn< 'this room looks a bit bare....'
>yawn< 'say waaa?'

Doin the noodle

A weekly tradition started by Deb Lucas (frequent Urban dictionary user) that involves eating at the Noodle Bowl.

"I saw a waffle crapper doin the noodle."

"I'm doing the noodle!" -Deb Lucas

"Whopper Wednesday is not complete unless Deb does the noodle."

Doin the mo

A simplified slang verison of "Doin' the most" used to discribe a person who appears to be trying to hard to stand out in a crowd. This term is used when someone is being full of themselves and is doing all they can to make a scene, or most of the time a big fool of themself. Someone who thinks or appears to think they have swag.

"Do you see that girl over there in the fishnet tights"

"She is doin the mo'"

To smoke a hand-made cigarette (tobacco or marijuana. This is derived from the fact that a dollar bill is used to help shape the rolling papers of the cigarette.

Hey, lets do a buck of that kb, man.

Doin a Minnesotan

where a driver of a car sees a cop car who pulled over another car and the driver has to see whats going on.

this usually ends up creating a traffic jam because of curiosity.

Jack: "Dude, why are ya slowin down?"

Joe: "Dude, im Doin a Minnesotan to see why the cop pulled over the car."
