A phrase used to express disgust towards other people's lack of manners. In other words, somebody's just been a snob or a jerk to you, your family, or your friends, and since you're really, really mad at them, you mumble "How rude!" when they walk off. Also a phrase made popular by the 1990's show "Full House" character Stephanie Tanner (played by Jodie Sweetin).
"Well, how rude!" I angrily mumbled as the dumb old preppies gave me the evil smirk.

Pupil claimed that he smokes crack, according to keลกalps request to write essay on 1500 words during Christmas holidays. Nowadays used to express any feeling, or just to fill the emptiness in conversation.
