To throw across a room or large area at high velocity. Can also be a word used to describe happiness or excitement. Used in many types of crazy, weird, or hilarious situations. Yeet is a very common word these days and often annoys the hecking crap out of your parents or family members.
Mom: We're going to the movies!
You: YEET!

Mom: Oh I don't like that!
Random kid: YEET! *throws their drink at movie screen*

a code word many people use online to discuss self-harm without being banned from the platform. It's also used often when someone isn't comfortable saying "self-harm"
