A way of describing a person who is mentally troubled, they often do a running commentary on fifa games, act cocky af on gta to weth29, refuse to play any of his "friends" as he knows he will be roasted. also looks like a disabled donkey that was hit by a truck and a train, also a plane and hit with an f5 onto broken glass.

Touche

Touche/Toulche- (Pronounced toe-chay/tol-chay) to know and be in agreement with a friend or other person(s) on a particular subject. Often used instead of "I know you know what I'm thinking and I'm thinking the same as you"
