Kevin Debow was catfished by his friend and sent him a dick pic. He held his fingers on his dick with his index and middle finger on the bottom and his thumb on top. When you hear someone say “Debows Goes,” you must mimic the hand gesture the same way kevin did it. The last one to do it is gay with kevin debow.

nose goes

More frequently called "No nose goes".

It's a way to decide who has to do something you obviously don't want to do. These are the rules: someone calls "No nose goes" and the last person who touches his or her nose or whoever doesn't touch it at all is left with the task everyone else just avoided (hence NO nose goes).

There are plenty of versions of this technique. For example, a different one involves everyone having to put one of their feet in the circle (making a circle of feet with the other participants). The last person to put their foot inside the circle is left with the task.

Rick: "Looks like someone has to make the popcorn...No nose goes!" *touches nose*

Everyone else: *touches nose*

Briscoe's goes

Isaiah Briscoe recorded a video of himself fucking a pillow and another video of him humping his mattress while making sexual faces and listening to porn. The definitions that are already there seem pretty much right except that I've never heard anyone actually say "nose goes", what I've always seen and done is that you touch your nose and say "Not it".

Everyone but some other guy: "Not it!"(while touching nose, nose goes)

There goes the neighboorhood

It has to do when somebody moves into your neighborhood hood that you have done your very best to keep out.

Usually targeted towards African Americans and is usually very definitive in tone. A point that needs to be accepted because the government wont allow any form of segregation to take place slowly more and more since the civil rights movement. Rightly So A Community does not need a burden to its economic framework. Municipal politics!!!!

But i guess you can go an bastardize the expression and say the expression can be said for any other race but that would just be rude and detering of the very intent and origin of the word.
