A condition characterized by a shopper who originally is looking for select items, yet ends up getting side tracked and buying other stuff.
Person 1: Dude, last night, I went shopping with my girlfriend. We planned on only buying bread, yet she also bought a ton of t shirts, a zillion new dresses, and several thousands of necklaces and earrings!
Person 2: She has Shopper's ADHD.

Someone who goes to Ebay not to buy anything, but just to look at what they have for sale.
Ted: Hey John, whatcha doing?
John: Getting on Ebay.
Ted: Oh yeah? What are you buying?
John: Oh I'm not buying anything. I'm just browsing. I'm an Ebay window shopper.
An unfortunate condition where a person tends to pick out the most expensive item available. If they are given a choice of ten different items, they could pick an item with their eyes closed and it would still be the most expensive item.
My friend has Expensive Shopper Syndrome. I showed her ten different shirts and she chose the $200 one without even looking!

When someone shops based on the price alone instead of the actual item they are buying, derived from the fact that most websites, menus and whatnot lists their price on the 2nd column. In other words, either a cheapskate or automatically assuming the most expensive option is best (open to interpretation).
1. "Mary only bought a side of eggs because it was the cheapest option on the menu, and she's still hungry. What a 2nd column shopper."
2. "Mike just got $100K car, but completely ignoring the fact that it has the reliability of a heroin junkie having withdrawal. Gotta love people who only look at the 2nd column!"
When a person decides to go shopping a few minutes before closing hour(often in a supermarket). Simply because nobody else is shopping at that time, or because they want to bother the staff with questions or something.
Example:
Worker: *cleaning up something, 2min to closing hour*
Customer: *entering with a trolley* Hello!
Worker: Hello! We are closing in 2 minutes, just fyi
Customer: I know, I will just get a few things
Worker: *thinking* Oh great! The last thing I need right now is another last minute shopper..

Passive shoppers rush occurs when friends encourage someone to purchase something that they donβt need, and gain a sense of satisfaction from the purchase.
βI had the biggest Passive Shoppers Rush (PSR) when Steve bought that Rolex with a rainbow bezel.β
One who talks about Black Friday being stupid and pointless but ends up getting up early and buying a bunch of shit anyway.
Man, John is such a Grey Friday Shopper. All he did was talk shit about black Friday and did you see his new TV!
