In an MMORPG, the act of stealing treasure chests or other valuables by waiting for another player to engage any nearby aggro mobs and then ganking it.

loot whore

A greedy person, typically of an mmo, who believes that all loots belong to him and him only. No one else matters and the loot whore will rarely consider others when practicing the ways of the loot whore. Attempts are frequently made to reverse the loot whore's way of thinking, but sadly it is an irreversible condition.

loot sloot

An alternative to the "money honey" nickname for ladies on CNBC. Loot sloot describes a female who will do stuff for money, and not much of it.

Steve and Vito are sitting in the office watching CNBC. Vito sez to Steve, "Check out the loot sloot on Morning Call, I'd love to get into her portfolio."

Over-Looted

A gaming adjective used to describe a room or space that is devised to prepare the player for the next level or stage, by being full of useful items to restock the player. This also unintentionally warns them of an eminent battle or boss fight.

Player: "Bro, this room is over-looted with ammo and med kits!"

Player 2: "thinking what I'm thinking?"

Both: "BOSS FIGHT."

Loot boner

That feeling of ecstasy when nabbing the sweet sweet loot in a game and then bragging about it on comms to all your team mates who are probably pissed at having to cover your ass for delaying them.

Specifically Nav and James.

I got me a Loot boner.
OoooOOOOoooooh! Loot... boner!

That person on your team who gets a loot boner and sucks up all the best loot before the rest of team
