The Complete Failure of a Civilization. Unfortunately, this won't every stop wars from happening until mankind eventually destroys itself.

No matter how "necessary" war is for certain countries, it doesn't change the fact that war is STILL the complete failure

In the programming language HTML the sign < means begin and </ means end. So geeks and computer enthusiasts who are pacifists may use the word </war> in stead of writing out end war.

The first 2 words of anything the American government wants to erradicate, but knows the population won't back unless it sounds important, so it becomes "a war on XXX".

The war on drugs is worse for the US than the drugs themselfs.
