A (slang) term which describes the action of intimate oral activities such as kissing, oral sex etc., partaken with a close relation, i.e. close or near family. Most commonly shared out of sight and/or in secrecy.
The term was likely concieved on the internet in communities relating to questionably legal porn sites.
