Escalate

No matter what kind of misinformation statistics people are given on TV, females aren't better at de-escalating anything than males. Many of the people who live to escalate things are either female or effeminate.

Some, if not many females live to escalate things and not to de escalate them, so trying to bullshit people with statistics to push for more female law enforcement, when there's already too much law enforcement as it is, with people being over recruited and over policed is not going to change the reality of human nature, neither do statistics, no matter how convincing they sound. Some females have an interest in law enforcement, some have an interest in science, others have an interest in music or the things they have an interest in, but at the end of the day if somebody doesn't have an interest in something, trying to push them to develop an interest in it or change their way of thinking isn't making the world a better place the way some would claim it is, and it isn't a selfless cause.
