To pull a ruckus is one of the worst things one can do. This is when one takes advantage of their closest friends for their own personal gain. This does NOT have any corilation between "bringing the ruckus". Which was coined popular by the infamous Wu-Tang in 1993. In fact, most people who pull this ruckus won't ever have heard of Wu-Tang. They are generally too dead and sad inside to know what hip-hop even is.
