I won't describe what means "Waste of time", because it is a waste of time.

rubber-time

Rubber-time is the English translation of the Indonesian phrase 'Jam Karet'. It literally translates as a period of time which is made of rubber or elastic. There is a general acceptance that people will be late. Someone does not appear on time, or is late - shoulders are shrugged. "Oh well, it's rubber time."

Don't expect her to show up at 7:00. She's on rubber-time
Sorry for keeping you waiting. You understand rubber-time, don't you?
