A wind-controlling Robot Master from Mega Man 2. He fights by filling the screen with tornadoes and sending them toward you while blowing you back with wind. When you beat him, you get the Air Shooter, which fires three tornadoes that arc upwards.
Has a reputation as a Memetic Badass thanks to a certain song originally by Team Nekokan and covered by Kiwi Kenobi- see Airman ga Taosenai.

When an artist, particularly within the electronic bass music scene, while playing a set suddenly unleashes an exorbitant quantity of love through sonic art. This style of art commonly known as music, otherwise characterized as precise manipulative vibrations of air. It is a clever term of endearment.

NOT to be confused with actually Throwin' Air, which is one can only obtain through true artistic aptitude, growth, and lastly access to a minimum of at least 400,000 Watts of the almighty Bass.
