The German Log Ride is a sexual act envolving a group of three. Person #1 lays down on the floor face up. Person #2 sits like a dog on top of person #1s forehead. You create a lincolin log poopy by layering the toilet water with tolet paper and then taking a shit in a log form and it will become supported by the toilet water and poke out of the toilet.
